As a Recruiter/ HR Generalist, you will be relied on as the go-to resource with all things recruiting and HR. You will be the FIRST HR hire at Awardco and will have the opportunity to build your own department. Your initial duties will include self-sourcing candidates, managing our full-cycle recruiting processes, in addition to project work in other HR functions (onboarding, training, employee relations, compliance, performance management etc). The role will work closely with Awardco’s founders and leaders.
